A 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Irene Silver knows how to fight. For the 1st half of the clip, Irene demonstrates her amazing striking skills, while Kris holds pads. From punches, elbows, kicks, and jumping kicks, every shot Irene lands is hard.

After she’s all warmed up, she decides to test her Karate arsenal against Kris’s Muay Thai. They’re going by Pride FC rules, where stomps, kicks, and knees to a downed opponent, are allowed. Irene doesn’t hold back, and literally kicks the snot out of Kris. Sensing he’s in trouble, he sweeps her to the ground where the full contact battle continues. Some vicious ground and pound finishes off the well fought fight.
