Goddess Rapture is absolutely sadistic in this trample video. She’s brought along 3 different pairs of shoes to trample her slave in. Rapture starts off in a pair of Nikes, making sure to stand with all her weight on his stomach. She alternates between standing on her toes and heels, for maximum pressure.

From there she moves on to a pair of knee high stiletto boots. Her slave screams out in pain as soon as Rapture steps up on him, with them. Both the platform and heel parts of the boot are highly painful.

For her final pair of shoes, Rapture chooses her Under Armor soccer cleats. Needless to say, parts of his skin were removed with said cleats. After tearing up his stomach, Rapture finishes him off with some barefoot trampling.
