The bottoms of Rapture’s sneakers are black with all sorts of dirt and disgusting things. When she puts them in her slave’s face and tells him to lick them, it’s understandable when he tells her no. Rapture doesn’t care about his feelings though, and punishes him for telling her no.

Tied up and unable to move, he is at the mercy of this Muscle Goddess. Rapture tramples and stomps on his face & body with her dirty shoes. She smothers him with her ass, and then uses it to bruise his ribs with heavy butt drops. Rapture forces him to lick the shoes clean, his tongue turning black in the process. She continues to use her heavy body to inflict as much pain as possible; making her slave promise to never tell her no, again.
